▶ Sample：Fosfomycin trometamol.

▶ Instrument: IP-digi365 polarimeter(wavelength: 365nm), thermostat sample tube；Distilled Water(without CO2).

▶ Room temperature: 23.0℃；

▶ Sample preparation: weigh the sample 2.5 g(accurate), dissolve it with small amount DI water(without CO2), transfer it to 50 ml volumetric flask, add DI water to      the mark. Mix it well. Take the Specific Optical Rotation measurement of the sample solution.

▶ Sample parameter: 
   Specific Optical Rotation at 20.0 ℃: -13.5 to -12.5

▶ IP-digi365 polarimeter has temperature control system(Peltier). Setting the system temperature at 20.0℃. Take 6 times measurement for the sample.
